The Roomie Remote – Gives Your iDevice Total Control

See-gadgets The Roomie Remote

I have a couple of remotes on my side table. One for the TV, another for the DVD and yet one more for the dvd player.. we tend to wont even let the XBox enter into the equation. i thought I’d cut the muddle and get a universal remote which plan crashed and burned after I was ne\'er ready to remember what all the buttons did, or perhaps get them to work when. Apps were an interesting choice, however I needed over one of those for every device.
Using an iDevice as a remote isnt extremely a new choice, but the Roomie is. Taking the place of your confusing previous universal remote, the Roomie takes control of your theater components, sometimes via direct communication over your home network. Roomie also serves up a customised TV guide and feedback info, like volume or run-time.
Don’t let me mislead you, this isn’t just a simple universal device, Roomie allows integration with Tivo,   DirectTV, Roku and lots of others, as its infrared adaptors support nearly any device. The Roomie allows iTunes, Airplay, Lutron, Insteon, and Sonos Support and adapts if your devices change addresses. Roomie not solely replaces your existing remotes, offering all of their available controls, however sometimes it will add even more advanced options.
